Return & Exchange

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our offerings, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the rare event of damage or defect upon delivery. We kindly request that all items be inspected at the time of receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. Items approved for return must be unused and in their original packaging. We remain committed to resolving concerns with care and attention to detail.
